Company History

RECS Inc. has been providing new construction and 'renovation to residential and commercial properties in Saint Lucia for more than 15 years, however, the company was incorporated in November of 2008. We have operated as main contractor on several new residential projects, commercial, industrial and fit-out works - some outlined on our work page. We are dedicated in delivering projects with a high level of efficiency and quality to the satisfaction of our clients.

What We Do

Our team of construction professionals offers a single-source solution for all of your construction-related needs. Whether restoration, site preparation, a new structure or renovation, equipment rental or trucking needs, we have the experience and personnel to provide the highest quality product on time and within budget. We support our clients from project inception, to the commissioning of the fully operational facility and our services extend to all property owners who require general construction and maintenance services whether on a large or small scale. During construction · works, we manage the day to day activities on site, including health & safety, quality control and adherence to the schedule. We have the ability to self-perform many aspects of our work, giving us greater control over the schedule and allowing us to truly drive the project. Our Construction Management team is closely involved in the planning and design phase as we provide input on constructability, budget, and schedule, with the intent to reduce costs and increase your project's value. During the construction phase, our full-time supervision team is on-site, monitoring the works to assure compliance with specifications, budget and schedule.
